My brother is bringing home a gir! Family gossip has it that he's planning on bringing her to he House for the next family dinner to see if she sinks or swims around my Grampa.

It would be mean of me to pick on her, tease her a little and generally see how uncomfortable I can make my brother. Right?

It would be remiss of me not to try to be the best sibling wouldn't it? And being the best holy terror to them is only fair.

Agreed. I think it is especially needed by sisters on potential spouses for their brothers. I have observed that doing such is a rather apt way to put the potential spouse through their paces.

I of course am smart enough to know when not to introduce a partner to my family.

Both of you come from prominent families, both are charming, debonair and very handsome with minds like steel traps. Oliver and you both attended excellent boarding schools. Aside from the muggle/magical divide there is common ground.

I would fear for London should the two of you ever meet.
